Tenant James Ritchie said -

Declared War on Residents - Neighbours several times over the years and finally recorded standing at residents back gate saying, "I am going to Kill Him" "We are at War", " I am going to Kill Them", "They come through here I will Kill Them", evidence entered for court case, Polish Tradesperson Car Registration taken for witness statement and HMRC.

Tenant James Ritchie admitted in Court

We can hear residents through wall and can hear them talking on phone to work colleagues, Doctors, Hospital and Family. Sheriff asked if Residents could hear clearly through wall and residents said no, only muffled voices when shouting but cannot make words out, concluded Ritchie & Collett using a wall mounted listening device after hearing loud drilling noise by visiting contractor 1st Roofing & Cladding Ltd, now known to be Kellie Smith and Colin Smith, Ritchie & Collett associates.

Ritchie & Collett hanging around garden with knifes and looking out of windows and doors waiting on Residents entering garden and then running out or hanging out of windows. Ritchie and Collett installing Cameras to monitor resident's movements and residents using own private garden.

Ritchie & Collett wait until Residents go out into garden, especially Female resident or child and open upper window and stare at residents forcing them to wait at top of garden to call partner to come out or run the gauntlet and go in. Bricks from Residents Gate went missing and residents believe Ritchie has these in the house and ready to throw out window if Residents use Right of Way access path, which could result in death.

James Ritchie admitted in Sheriff Court

Ritchie accused of standing on Right of Way Footpath Servitude Right of Way wearing underwear in front of Residents, including child, Ritchie said he went around in underwear and thought it normal, with genitals hanging out in front of residents, shrugged shoulders. Sheriff warned Ritchie and remined Ritchie the Footpath he was blocking was a Right of Way Servitude Right and Residents had legal right to use path and to stop blocking Residents immediatly.

Ritchie & Collett Monitoring and Surveillance

Ritchie claimed Resident (Male) was drunken alcoholic and did not work and his wife needed rid of him, Sheriff asked why Mr Ritchie claimed the Accused was a unemployed alcoholic, Mr Ritchie claimed to be Monitoring Residents weekly delivers and could see baskets from upper bedroom window and accused got boxes of becks, corona, rose wine, Guinness and bottle of Gin and sometimes bottles of rum ad residents wife would come home during the week with Bers and Wines and try and hide it in bags to lift into the house, she deserves betters and needs rid of him.
