Declared War on Residents - Neighbours several times over the years and finally recorded standing at residents back gate saying, "I am going to Kill Him" "We are at War", " I am going to Kill Them", "They come through here I will Kill Them", evidence entered for court work, Polish Tradesperson Car Registration taken for witness statement.

We can hear residents through wall and can hear them talking on phone to work colleagues, Doctors, Hospital and Family. Sheriff asked if Residents could hear clearly through wall and residents said no, only muffled voices when shouting but cannot make words out, concluded Ritchie & Collett using a wall mounted listening device after hearing loud drilling noise by visiting contractor, now known to be associated to Kellie Smith, Collett family connection as described in court.






Residents Living in Fear of Ritchie & Collett
Ritchie & Collett hanging around garden with knifes and looking out of windows and doors waiting on Residents entering garden and then running out or hanging out of upper window. Ritchie and Collett installing Cameras to monitor resident's movements when accessing back door to use own private garden.

Ritchie & Collett wait until Residents go out into garden, especially Female resident or child and open upper window and stare at residents forcing them to wait at top of garden to call partner to come out to be safely escorted to house or run the gauntlet and go in.
Bricks from Residents Gate went missing and residents believe Ritchie has these in the house and ready to throw out window if Residents use Right of Way access path, which could result in death.
Dunfermline Sheriff explained right of way to both Ritchie & Collett, but they showed no interest and continue to block servitude right of way.

Ritchie accused of standing on Right of Way Footpath Servitude Right of Way wearing underwear in front of Residents, including child, Ritchie said he went around in underwear and thought it normal, with genitals hanging out in front of residents, shrugged shoulders. Sheriff warned Ritchie and reminded Ritchie the Footpath he was blocking was a Right of Way Servitude Right and Residents had legal right to use path at any time day or night and to stop blocking Residents safe passage immediately.
Ritchie laughed at Sheriff, I , Okay, Ritchie said and went home and blocked path, no respect.
Ritchie was told Gate and Hedge would be keep same as had been for over 120 years and claims of lack pf privacy dismissed. Ritchie and Collett backed by Owner John Travis continue to defy court and measuring up for a fence and continue harassing residents.






Ritchie & Collett Monitoring and Surveillance
Ritchie claimed Resident (Male) was drunken alcoholic, did not work, unemployed bum and his wife needed rid of him, Sheriff asked why Mr Ritchie claimed the Accused was an unemployed alcoholic, Mr Ritchie claimed to be Monitoring Residents weekly deliveries and could see baskets from upper bedroom window and Residents got boxes of becks, corona, rose wine, guinness and bottle of Gin and sometimes bottles of rum and residents wife would come home during the week with Beers and Wines and try to hide it in bags to lift into the house, she deserves better and needs rid of him. "STALKER". Ritchie & Collett started monitoring Residents Shopping movements and started getting Asda shops at same day and time and made comments to Asda Driver saying "That you delivered the Alcoholic his weekly Supply", Asda driver saying we do not discus other customers shopping arrangements or products and would pass back to residents they were being monitored.
A Legal Servitude Right of Way Blocked for over 3 years by Tenants stopping Residents doing essential maintenance works to property and garden.
Wheelie Recycling Bins stored in front garden wasting lawn as Ritchie and Collett refuse access to Back Garden.
Ritchie a compulsive Liar continually tells everyone Male Resident is filming children using CCTV and they need a large fence and Police Scotland advised Resident to install CCTV due to Ritchie Stalking and Ritchie having aggressive and violent outburst, now threatening to Kill Resident and At War with Residents and Exposing Genitals to Residents. Dunfermline Sheriff Court said CCTV was Lawful, Necessary and did not cover Ritchie Garden, only Residents back door and gate and no privacy issues and Ritchie claim of over 60 CCTV Cameras as lies.


Tenants hanging around for hours at residents back gate stopping access to footpath. Tenants and Lodgers taking turns like sentry duty smoking and drinking alcohol, shouting and making noise from 7am to 1 am stopping residents child sleeping in upper bedroom leading to issues at High School with lack of sleep and falling a sleep in class and School aware of ongoing issues with Fairykirk Road Tenants Ritchie and Collett.
Tenants and Lodgers deliberately smoking at Residents Back Door allowing Cigarette Smoke to Enter Residents Back Door and Windows stopping Residents eating Meals and needing to shut all doors and windows in hot summer weather. This deemed as continual harassment of residents. Tenants and Lodgers sitting at Residents Back door and gate drinking alcohol being violent and aggressive stopping residents using their back garden.

Tenants set up a table and chair at back door blocking path and sitting there day and night waiting on Residents coming out. Owner removed external lights leaving Communal Path in total darkness allowing Tenants to sit in the dark, this forced Residents to install a light to illuminate the gate to see Tenants and Lodgers sitting at back gate, Police Scotland advising Residents to install CCTV Cameras for protection and to deter Ritchie and Collett, Dunfermline Sherriff deemed CCTV Lawful and a necessity due to Ritchie and Collet's behaviour.

Tenants Psychological Warfare against Residents started with Tenants cutting Residents (Direct Neighbours) Clothes Lines from Residents own Clothes Poles, (historic) prior residents bought house from Scottish Government (Scottish Special Housing) and decided to remove Half Hedge, Timber Picket Fence, and all clothes poles and Resident decided to reinstall new clothes poles on own property for drying clothes, bitterness grew between prior residents after Owner cutting out half of hedge and removing poles resulted in Land Survey finding Owner in the wrong and Deeds ignored causing animosity from 1990's to now.


When Tenants hear or see residents cutting grass or hedge they will run out and stand on Right of Way footpath (Servitude) to stop residents using foot path and to stop residents carrying Heavy Lawn Mower, Hedge Clipper or Equipment through footpath to public pavement and front of terraced houses to cut Grass and Hedge.
Residents injured with carrying gardening equipment through house to front garden and House furnishings and decoration damaged.
Owner John Travis, Anna Travis and Fife Letting Services refuse Liability Insurance details and claimed Footpath was not right of way and blocked access rights.
Residents have Legal Right of Way through footpath at Fairykirk Road to Public Road / Pavement. Owners and Tenants must facilitate free access through garden, this legal access blocked for 3 years illegal and unlawful according to Sheriff at Dunfermline, however we are told Solicitor Gorrie Davidson appealed Sheriff decisions at Higher Edinburgh Court and now residents /owners have new ruling and allowed to install large 2.1 m fence, cutting residents right of way, right of way 120 years, UK.
